It features a 27ct, Pear shaped Prasiolite with Diamonds.

Prasiolite is actually the green variety of Amethyst, so it is a semi-precious gemstone. Since 1950, almost all natural Prasiolite has come from a small Brazilian mine, but it has also been mined in the Lower Silesia region of Poland.

This large stone is set in 18ct yellow gold with diamonds on the base and on the bale. There are 13 diamonds in total that weigh approximately .18cts. The Diamonds are nice quality and are estimated clarity SI & colour G so they are lovely and white and add subtle sparkle to the piece. 

The pendant is suspended on an 18ct, fine dual tone ball chain. This pendant does rock slightly from side to side when worn due to the deep cut of the gemstone, which adds to the sparkle as the light hits it.
