Lovely Vintage Cameo Brooch/Pendant

This vintage Cameo is set in 18ct Yellow Gold. It can be worn as a brooch with the bale tucked down, or as a pendant.

It is hand carved and the lady featured, is quite lovely, as you can see by the photos. The piece bears Italian Hallmarks for the Jeweller 'Di Simone Vittorio' of Naples and the back for the Cameo is signed by the artisan who carved it.
