This beautiful Victorian bangle is 170 years old and still contemporary!

It is solid sterling silver and features a chunky, belt motif. The bangle was made in Birmingham in 1851 and bears these hallmarks (see photos).

The bangle is very well made. The hinge is strong and in good working order and the clasp is wide and clicks securely shut. The piece measures approximately 2.5cms wide with a circumference of around 17cms so it will fit a medium wrist. The front of the bracelet is in perfect, antique condition and the back is in excellent antique condition with only a few light scratches (see photos).

This beautiful piece weighs 31.85 grams and bears the lion mark for sterling silver.
