This is a classic English Gate Bracelet with Hallmarks.
The piece is nice and wide with 10 rows of hinged links, some of which are individually stamped with the British ‘Lion’ signifying Sterling Silver 925. It measures approximately 2cms wide and 16.5cms long (including the loop rings). It is secured with a sterling silver heart padlock which clicks firmly shut and is attached to a safety chain.
The bracelet and the padlock bear the Hallmarks for sterling silver, date 1975 and the makers mark ‘WBS’. It is in very good vintage condition and perfect to wear every day.
