This is a lovely example of late Victorian romance jewellery

The pretty piece features a beautiful heart-shaped Moonstone set in the centre of the special date 1894. Each number is set with split seed pearls of varying colours from brownish-grey to pearly white. The brooch is crafted in 18ct yellow gold, however, it is not hallmarked. It fastens with a safety pin style mechanism that locks tightly and securely, so you won’t ever be worried about losing it.

This piece is in excellent antique condition. It measures approximately 4cms long and 1cm wide.
